Custom software

How we implement Custom software

We build software for businesses that need to coordinate sales, operations and data beyond disconnected spreadsheets. Based in Argentina, we work remotely with Spanish- and English-speaking teams.

Orders are entered twice. Stock records disagree. Access depends on who owns a spreadsheet. Custom software makes sense when your specific rules cannot fit an existing tool; if a product already solves the problem, we evaluate integration before rebuilding it.

We review users, workflows, data sources and constraints. The proposal defines the first complete workflow, integrations, permissions, acceptance criteria and exclusions. Data migration and third-party dependencies are agreed explicitly rather than left until launch.

In the warehouse simulation, an order cannot ship with incomplete parcels. In an implementation, that control connects to real inventory, records who acted and handles retries without duplicate movements. The demo shows local rules and fictional data, not a deployed integration.

Lead tracking and role-based permissions in a sales platform. In the published testimonial, the Winallcontrol CTO describes five months of development and daily use by the team.

Tell us what you want to build, which systems you use and who will use it. First we assess the fit, then agree on scope, budget and how to verify delivery.
